Services and Pricing

What forms of payment do you accept? +

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

Is my billing information safe? +

We have two 256-bit layers of security, which means that our booking form and our booking page have their own security layers protecting your personal information. Credit cards are NEVER visible to anyone and are not stored in our systems. Only a security token is visible, allowing us to charge your card after your service.

How does pricing work? +

For simplicity, we use a flat pricing that depends on the number of rooms in your residence. That being said, particularly large houses (over 6 bedrooms) might be subject to an estimate. Moreover, we have extras that you can book if you wish for a few things that are not usually included.

Our prices start at 95.20 for weekly cleanings, 101.15 for bi-weekly cleanings, 107.10 for monthly cleanings and 119.00 for one-time cleanings. Every cleaning include a thorough cleaning of your kitchen, your living room, your dining room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and one half-bathroom. Additional bathrooms and bedrooms are extra.

Can I sign up for recurrent service? +

Of course! And you even get a discount if you do. We have weekly service (20% discount), bi-weekly (15% discount), and monthly (10% discount).

What do you clean? +

We clean your whole house, which includes:

  • Clean stove top & stove fan
  • Clean microwave
  • Clean large electronic appliances
  • Scrub & clean sinks
  • Polish all stainless steel surfaces
  • Dust & wipe laundry area
  • Vacuum floors, carpets, and rugs
  • Baseboard & corners detail cleaning
  • Mop kitchen, bathroom & laundry floors
  • Ceiling fans
  • Blinds and window ledges
  • Wipe bathroom cabinets (outside)
  • Clean countertops (special product for marble & stone)
  • Clean mirrors & shine chrome
  • Scrub & clean toilets
  • Scrub & clean tubs and showers
  • Dust blinds, window ledges & furniture in bathrooms
  • Make beds & change linens (when left on top of bed)
  • Dust furniture & decorations, clean glass table tops
  • Empty trash in all bedrooms, living, and office spaces
  • Vacuum all carpet, small rugs and stairs
  • Cobweb removal
  • Vacuum closet shelves & drawers

Is there anything you cannot clean? +

For insurance purposes, we cannot clean the dishes, fill / empty your dishwasher, or handle your dishes in any way, shape, or form. As such, when we clean the kitchen, it is important that your dishes have been put away before we can clean. We also do not clean aquariums, animal cages or do laundry.

Products and Supplies

Do you use green products? +

All the products we use are harmless to your family or/and pets. Nonetheless, if you prefer we use green products, there will be a $20 surcharge.

Who provides the supplies? +

We do! But it is always possible to request that we use your own products. Just leave them out for us to use.

Are you insured? +

We are insured! No matter what happens, know that you will not have to fight with someone to get back something that has been broken.

Our Cleaners

Can I trust my cleaners? +

Contrary to most cleaners you can find through classified ads, you can be sure that the person entering your home will have no history of criminal records, has a good credit rating, and has been tested by us as well as customers before you! Our cleaners go through a thorough a rigorous background check and are tested to ensure the highest standard of quality in the residential cleaning industry.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning? +

No, just leave us a key or details on how to access your residence and we will take it from there. You can leave a key anywhere, as long as it is convenient for you and that we are made aware of it. Under the mat, mailbox, reception desk… it is up to you!

How long will the cleaning take? +

We seek first and foremost to leave your residence as clean as possible regardless of time; hence the pricing structure based on the number of rooms. Particularly dirty houses, hoarders, or very large houses might be subject to adjustments for fairness. We take the time your home needs to be pristine; no less!

How many cleaners do you send? +

It depends on the job and the cleaner, since some of them work in teams of two. Usually it will be one person but do not be surprised if two shows up! It does not affect what you pay.

What is your 200% customer satisfaction guarantee? +

We want nothing short than your complete satisfaction. As such, if you are not satisfied with the service you have received, we will send one of our teams of cleaners to redo the job! Still not satisfied? We will reimburse you the full amount that you have paid. This is how confident we are with the level of service we provide!

Can I make special requests? +

Sure! Just call us at 613-400-6037 or write it in the special instructions of our booking form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Areas Served and Hours

Which areas do you serve? +

All of Ottawa and Gatineau, from Orléans to Kanata but not Sttitsville nor Manotick. We serve Gatineau and Hull, including Aylmer but not Masson-Angers.

How does booking work? +

It is super simple! You select the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms as well as the frequency of service (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and the date at which you want us to come. You select extras (if you want any) and then you enter your information. Voilà! We will confirm with one of our experienced cleaners the time and within an hour you will get a confirmation email with the date and time. Know that your credit card will only get charged on the day of the cleaning.

What are your hours of operation? +

We are open Monday to Sunday from 8AM to 8PM. If you get in touch with us in that time frame, you can expect to have an answer to your questions within an hour.
